My husband is a disabled vet. We found ourselves without hot water for almost 3 weeks. We had hsp and had them come out. They stated the issue was electrical and we needed an electrician. I contacted Beyond the Yellow Ribbon who put us in touch with a heating company. They referred us to Bill. Bill came out and inspected our electrical and took care of many things inside that were done incorrectly and passed by the inspector when the house was built. He also told us our water heater was shot. It was an electrical heater and he recommended we put in gas. This was just the beginning….. The new water heater cost almost $1800. which we had to put on a credit card and max out. Bill went to beyond the yellow ribbon and returned to our place a week later with a check from BTYR with a check to offset part of the cost. Then after Thanksgiving he returned and replaced our outside lights which were not installed correctly after the siding had been replaced, and an outside outlet. He brought new lights which are beautiful and didn’t charge us a cent. What a heart for our disabled vets. In addition to now having a great electrician I can call on who will but emergencies first, I have a friend. This company is great. They do it right and will not steer you wrong. They are truly service individuals.
